1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use cuan11 Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, placing bets, or using any cuan11 Services. We implement age verification procedures and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP, Kartu Tanda Penduduk). Services may not be available to residents of certain jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

3.2 Account Creation and Security

• Maintain only one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts (often called "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

cuan11 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, residence, or payment methods at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds into their cuan11 Account using approved payment methods including bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon successful processing. In rare cases where delays occur due to banking system issues, funds should appear within 24 hours. If you experience a deposit delay exceeding 24 hours, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds from a bank account or payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Attempting to deposit funds from another person's account, regardless of your relationship to that person, is considered a violation of these Terms and anti-money laundering regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your legal name matching the name on your cuan11 Account.
• First-time withdrawals require completion of our KYC verification process, which may take 2-4 hours. Subsequent withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (9:00 WIB to 21:00 WIB daily).
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• You must have wagered deposited funds at least once before withdrawing. This requirement prevents money laundering and ensures compliance with financial regulations.
• Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal processing.

4.3 Processing Times and Fees

cuan11 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs. Standard withdrawal processing times are 15-30 minutes during business hours for verified accounts. Silver tier members receive priority processing (under 30 minutes), while Gold VIP members enjoy express processing (typically under 15 minutes).

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

cuan11 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We implement strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in accordance with international standards. Suspicious transactions, unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns, or accounts flagged by our fraud detection systems will be investigated and may be temporarily suspended pending review. 5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Sports Betting

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or winnings must be wagered before they can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements—typically slots contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.

Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, systematic low-risk betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity that violates the spirit of promotional offers, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure. 9. Account Closure and Suspension

cuan11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of our Services.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds (excluding any bonus funds or pending wagering requirements). Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you will need to register a new account if you wish to use our Services again in the future (subject to our multi-accounting policies).
